Meghan Markle Suits season 7 outfit: Where to buy EXACT match of Rachel Zane’s S7E6 look
Meghan, 36, has played sassy lawyer Rachel Zane since 2010 and her wardrobe is the envy of women around the world.
Last night in episode six, Home to Roost, Rachel wore a stunning blue ribbed jumper.
And now anyone wanting to buy it can – although it comes with a hefty price tag.
The cashmere jumper is by French brand Le Kasha, which is stocked in the UK at Harvey Nichols, and costs £700. It is called the ‘Verbier’ in honour of the famed ski resort.
For those on a budget, Marks and Spencer have a very similar option. Their ribbed round neck jumper costs just £35.
Rachel paired her soft jumper with a tight pencil skirt, and the exact match is from J.Crew.
The pencil skirt in Italian super 120s wool comes in four colours and costs £140.
Fitted clothing is key to Rachel Zane’s power lawyer style, and Meghan revealed the secret to making her outfits look so good on camera.
Speaking to USA publication The Star, she said: “People watch me as Rachel Zane on the show, who’s so polished and so put together.
“But that includes Spanx and two hours of hair and makeup.”
Meghan made the admission so that anyone watching would understand that she does have help to look so good, and “in real life that is not what it looks like”.
Spanx are a range of control pants designed to smooth out the lumps and bumps on a woman’s figure, and have millions of fans around the world.
Rachel’s wardrobe has become an iconic reference for working women everywhere, and Meghan spoke about it in an interview with InStyle.
She said: “People often say dress for the part that you want, not the part that you have, and I can’t think of any paralegal that was dressing like Rachel did.
“She was dressing for the role and the seriousness that she wanted people to treat her with.
“Rachel’s quintessential power look is a crisp, white button-down with the collar a little popped, sleeves rolled up and a high-waisted pencil skirt.”
