Thrifty Kate! Duchess of Cambridge re-wears favourite £475 boots AND shows baby bump
Kate Middleton, 35, visited the Robin Hood Primary School in Kingston, south-west London today.
She was there to celebrate their work with the Royal Horticultural Society Campaign for School Gardening.
The pregnant Duchess wore a classic Barbour jacket for the trip, which she teamed with a chunky black jumper.
Keeping her look tonal, Kate opted for black skinny jeans which she tucked into her favourite pair of brown boots.
The Penelope Chilvers Long Tassel Boots, £475, are made from Spanish vegetable-dyed leather, and are often seen on Kate’s feet.
Penelope Chilvers describes the boots as “perfectly styled for long slim legs”.
As usual, Kate’s hair was perfectly coiffed in loose curls.
Katie Allan, Creative Manager at Charles Worthington Salons, has created a five point plan so anyone can recreate this look at home.
Kate stepped out alone today as her husband Prince William is in Finland.
William is in Finland to celebrate the scientific, educational and cultural links between the United Kingdom and Finland.
Earlier this week, Kate stepped out in a stunning black and white dress with a polka dot print and three white buttons down the front.
Two wide white stripes accentuated the Duchess’s tiny waist above her growing baby bump.
Two white stripes also appeared on the wrist and around the bottom of the dress. Kate’s hair was blowdried, and looked thick and bouncy.
Kate was asked by waiting reporters about her brother-in-law Prince Harry’s engagement to Meghan Markle.
She said: “William and I are absolutely thrilled.”
“It’s such exciting news. It’s a really happy time for any couple and we wish them all the best and hope they enjoy this happy moment.”
